We are more than determined to make your experience at Entrez! Open House “On the Web” as good as the one you will have had at the store, so please feel free to call or email any of your concerns. If you need any information about an item (color, size) or on how to put together a lavish present, let us know.
Please call during hours of operation. Email will be responded to within 2 days, except in January 2008 when email will be responded within 4 business days

Range
The on line store will be only available for sales shipped to US addresses.
Gift Wrapping
If you wish your item to be gift wrapped before shipping, please send us an email with your order number
Processing schedule
We are planning on shipping once a week, following the schedule hereafter:
· Orders placed by midnight on thursdays will be shipped on Fridays
For pick up, allow us 1 business day to prepare your items. Please come during regular hours of operation. Call us if anything.
Shipping method
Regular service is USPS Parcel Post. We are charging a shipping and handling minimum fee of $5.00 and an extra $1.25 per pound. Your order will be delivered within 8 days following shipping
Express service is USPS Priority. We are charging a shipping and handling minimum fee of $13 and an extra $1.25. Your order will be delivered within 3 days following shipping
All orders will be sent with a Delivery confirmation service. The matching tracking number will be sent to you together with the email confirmation about your shipment.
Note that we will try to send your product by the fastest way available for the shipping fee paid. So, if an item is under 13 ounces (packages included) and weighted less than 13 ounces, we will be able to ship First Class Mail and it will be delivered in 3 days.
If you chose the Pick Up option, we will hold your order for 15 days, and you can pick them up during our hours fo operation with the presentation of your printed receipt. After 15 days, you will be charged $10 per day of storing.
Return Policy
Conditions
Items may be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days from the date shown on the USPS confirmation delivery.
Items must be in perfect condition and no sign of wear or use. Proof of purchase is necessary. Items that have been used, worn, washed or are customer-damaged will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. The value of the store credit will be determined upon items conditions.
We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received. We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel or courier. We will email you once we receive the returned item and process your exchange.
Return procedure
Please contact us at info@entrez-openhouse.com and let us know you want to proceed with an exchange/store credit. Please include the item you wish to exchange along with your order information, proof of purchase, reason for exchange and what item you wish to exchange it for. Items must be in perfect condition. All exchanges will be processed within two days of receipt. Any additional shipping charges will be charged by phone on credit card.
Damaged items / Incorrect order
If an item is found to be damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a replacement, simply contact us by email or phone within 2 days from the date shown the USPS confirmation delivery and we will settle the matter with you. The shipping cost to the store and back to you will be on Entrez.
Privacy Policy
We absolutely respect your right to privacy and assure you that we only collect the information necessary to fulfill your order or contact you regarding the status of your order.
The information you give us will not be sold, loaned, re-used, rented or disclosed to any third party.
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use only your email address to notify you about new, exciting products or special offers and promotions. We give you our word that will not furnish your email address to any other company or third party.
